Kilo verme açısından utanç dolu bir hafta… Pazar günü gittiğimiz barbekü partisi herşeyi bozdu. Misafirliğe gittiğimizde bana ne oluyor bilmiyorum 🙁 İştahım bir canavar gibi kabarıyor. Bir tabakla yetinmiyor, ikincisini de doldurma ihtiyacı hissediyorum. Sanırım ben bir sosyal yiyiciyim. Bu kadar çok yeyince midem de genişlemiş oluyor ve ertesi gün yine çok yeme ihtiyacı hissediyorum.

Başlangıç kilosu: 97
5. hafta başındaki kilo: 94,2
5. hafta sonundaki kilo: 93,9

Toplamda verilen kilo: 4 kilo 100 gram
Egzersiz: 2 Mayıs: 30 dakika, 4 Mayıs: 20 dakika

Kalori hedefinin tuttuğu gün sayısı: 4
Sonuç: Koskoca bir hafta boyunca sadece 300 gram verebildim. 300 gram nedir ki? Sabahtan akşama bir öğün atlasam zaten 300 gram veririm.
Egzersiz konusunda da hala 2 gündeyim. Üstelik süreleri de oldukça kısa. Bir yerde okumuştum. Vücut 40 dakikadan sonra yağları yakmaya başlıyorumuş. Yani 40 dakika üzerine ne kadar eklersen karmış. Artık ne kadar doğru bilemiyorum. Ancak bu kadar az egzersizle bile nefes nefese kalmayı başarıyorum.
Aslına bakarsanız, egzersiz yaptığım günlerde eve gelip duşumu aldıktan sonra kendimi harika hissediyorum. Hatta o günlerde hiç ağır ya da yağlı şeyler yemek istemiyorum desem yeridir. Sanırım egzersizin iştah kapatıcı bir yanı var. Ya da o kadar emek harcadıktan sonra insanın canı psikolojik olarak birşey yemek istemiyor da olabilir. Hangisi doğru bilemiyorum.
Umarım önümüzdeki hafta sizlerin karşısına daha güzel bir tablo ile çıkarım.

Aslinda diyet degil de omur boyu SAGLIKLI VE DOGAL bir yasam sekli olusturmamiz sart kendimize, bence.Kalori hesaplariyla ugrasmaktansa daha pratik ve sade bir yol izlemek daha dogru geliyor bana,sen ne dersin canim?
Az ve oz ve SIK SIK yemek,SIFIR SEKER, AZ DOGAL TUZ, BOL SU ICMEK, Meyve- sebze agirlikli beslenme,Cok cignemek ve tabii ki yuruyus en kolayi olmak uzere en az haftada 4 defa bir saatlik egzersiz bu isin olmazsa olmazlari ..benim bugune kadar edindigim ve dogruluguna inandigim bilgiler bunlar.
Tanlacim,bir de Baglantili Nefes- Transformal nefes konusunu da arastir istersen,nefes alis seklimiz de sagligimiz uzerinde cok cok etkili.En dogruyu bulacagindan ve yapacagindan minim ben.BASARILAR !
