Bu haftaya damgasını vuran olan Vancouver gezimizdi. Sürekli restaurantlarda yediğimiz için, günlük anlamda kalori hesabı biraz şaştı. Ancak gurur duyarak söylüyorum ki, orada bulunduğumuz 4 gün boyunca oldukça aktif zaman geçirdim. Genellikle 9.30 gibi otelden çıkıp, gece 20.00 civarında döndüm. Bu süreçte de sürekli ayakta ve yürüyor vaziyetteydim. Elbette zaman zaman tempolu, zaman zaman da gezinerek yürüdüm. Ama neredeyse hiç yürümediğim bir yaşam biçiminden, aktif bir duruma geçmem bile bana faydalı oldu diyebilirim. Baksanıza, olması gerekenden yüksek kalorili beslenmeme rağmen, 2. haftanın sonunda 1. haftanın sonuyla aynı kilodaydım. Yani hiç kilo almadım. Bunu bir zafer olarak kabul ediyorum. Eve döner dönmez de hedeflerim doğrultusunda beslenmeye devam ettim. Önümüzdeki haftanın sonuçlarını iple çekiyorum.
