Bu haftanın en büyük zorluğu Can’ın doğumgününü kutlamamız oldu. Onca güzel yemeği hazırladıktan sonra tatmamak olmazdı. Bu nedenle 4 gün hedeflediğim kalori alımını aştım.
Egzersiz konusu da çok parlak sayılmazdı. Sadece 1 gün egzersiz amaçlı olarak yürüyüşe çıktım. Bu da bana sadece 121 kalori yaktırdı.
Yine de umut verici bir şekilde haftayı 800 gram az olarak kapadım.

Umarım hedefinden hiç şaşmadan ilerlersin ve başarırsın. Aynı programı bende yükledim ama doğum yapalı daha 55 gün oldu ve emzirdiğim için oradaki hedef kalori miktarlarıyla emziren bir anne olarak almam gereken miktarlar tutmuyor.
Kimisi şimdi rejime başlama, 6 ay bekle desede zararı hep kendime. Umarım bende bir gün senin gibi azimle başlarım ve bırakmam.

Hedefe yönelik olarak ilerlemeye çalışıyorum ama inan yoldan çıkarıcı mamalar kafamda uçuşuyor. Bu arada Can’ın doğumgünü ve Vancouver gezisi de biraz rotadan sapmama yol açtı. Şükür ki artık evdeyiz. Artık daha dikkatliyim.
Emzirme gerçekten yorucu bir süreç. Bence emzirme süresince kendini hiç sıkma. Bir müddet sonra kendini toparlayınca başlarsın.
